Jill Gaul

Jill Gaul joined ADDO in 2026, bringing nearly two decades of experience in investor relations and financial communications. Prior to joining ADDO, she served as a Senior Investor Relations Associate at ICR, Inc., where she focused on the consumer retail sector beginning in 2007. Over the course of her career, Jill has developed deep expertise in strategic financial communications, reporting coordination, and stakeholder engagement. At ICR, Jill partnered closely with public company clients to support their investor relations programs, including the preparation of earnings materials, investor presentations, and ongoing shareholder communications. Her work required close collaboration with management teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging aligned with market expectations. Earlier in her career, Jill worked in the Equity Research department at Wells Fargo, where she supported the highest-ranked Specialty Retail Senior Analyst on Wall Street. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in financial analysis, capital markets, and investor perspectives. Jill’s combined background in equity research and investor relations enables her to bring a well-rounded, market-informed approach to advising clients.
