HENRY GRADY

ANALYST

Henry joined ADDO in 2023. Prior to joining ADDO, he was an analyst at a boutique venture capital firm focused on Biotech, MedTech, SaaS, and Therapeutics verticals. Henry graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and a Minor in History from Occidental College. In addition to his studies, Henry was a member and Captain of the college’s Varsity Water Polo Team where he was the starting goalkeeper for his four years on the team.
